Efficient and environmentally aware – sitronic PWM controller

sitronic proves once again that efficiency and environmental awareness go hand in hand, with the further development of its proven blower motor controllers. The so-called PWM controllers (pulse width modulation) use the energy input in a more efficient manner, thereby reducing energy consumption.

Energy efficiency is playing an increasingly important role in the development of electric vehicles. sitronic can now offer an optimal product to help OEMs and Tier One suppliers meet their targets.

The art of the PWM blower controller, and their advantage over conventional controllers, is that they use the inertia of the fan system and save enormous energy by simultaneously and precisely switching the full voltage on and off. Instead of consuming electricity constantly, only a fraction of the total electrical capacity is consumed all while maintaining the same blower output.
